退換貨須知

若因非商品瑕疵退換貨，運費皆由買家負責。
加購折扣出清活動商品屬於最低折扣，不提供退換貨。
出貨前，皆會消毒檢查，非重大損壞瑕疵，售出後不予退換。
賞期 ≠ 試用期，如有使用痕跡、受損故障、污漬、異味、配件不全，恕不接受退貨。
ＬAI.SH 產品皆由老裁縫手工與設計師獨立製造，為了提供良好品質，不接受主觀不喜歡不適合的退換申請，有任何想法下單前都歡迎先私訊與設計師聊聊。
退換貨請於 3 日內自行以郵局寄送方式協助寄回。商品退換貨時需保持商品、附件、贈品、原始包裝、運送外紙箱及所有附隨文件或資料完整齊全，若商品及贈品之包裝拆毀或有使用跡象，將影響退換貨權益，並視情況需負擔該部分費用。
若扣掉退款商品金額有因「滿額折扣活動」而導致不足原滿額折扣活動的門檻時，需補足該筆訂單之滿額折扣金額，將直接於退款金額中扣除。
若扣掉退款商品金額有因「滿額贈活動」而導致不足原滿額贈活動的門檻時，當時贈送的贈品須一併退還，若贈品拆封使用過非全新，則無法受理退換貨。

非瑕疵範圍說明：

產品色差：每個人對顏色判斷的不同因造成誤差，皆以實體商品為準
尺寸誤差：每件商品因布料彈性、水洗處理、測量因素，誤差在2-3公分皆屬正常。

售後服務

如需退換貨請先詳閱以下須知，並於商品到貨後3天內於ＦＢ、ＩＧ訊息客服人員或來信 laish.tw@gmail.com 與客服聯繫。
並請於訊息中留下您的訂單編號、訂購姓名、退換貨商品名稱、以及退換貨原因，瑕疵商品請附上照片。

退款

因退貨或缺貨而產生之款項，將依照原支付方式進行退款。

信用卡：將直接退刷於原信用卡，預計於確認退款後的7-21天，可於信用卡帳單上查閱到退款明細，或自行與發卡銀行進行確認。

ATM轉帳/貨到付款：請提供您的銀行帳號，退款至您的帳戶中。

購買LAI.SH前，請詳閱以上條例，下單後LAI.SH一律視同買家同意以上購買規則

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at laish.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1.Return the goods

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

3.A receipt or proof of purchase is required for your item.

4.Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the refund status as soon as the item has been inspected.

5.If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). According to your card issuer's policy, you will receive the credit limit within a certain number of days.

6.Freight

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
